This year #ActInSpace2022 – Paris will take place on November 18-19, 2022 in Paris at " La Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie". ActInSpace was created by the CNES (the French Space Agency). Just as in 2016, 2018, and 2020 this Parisian edition is organised by ASTech Paris Region, the French competitive Hub based in Ile-de-France and specialised in Aeronautics, Space, and Defense.

Paris, the French capital also known as the “City of Light” is famous for its large cultural and artistic heritage that includes the famous Eiffel Tower or the Louvre. As the capital of luxury and fashion but also capital of gastronomy and romanticism, Paris has made history and is today still a major actor throughout the world.

Moreover, the Ile-de-France region is also known to be one of the most significant French region for aerospace with almost 100 000 jobs dedicated to the sector of Aeronautics, Spatial and Defense.

This year again, the objective of ActInSpace is to promote the creation of start-ups by using and adapting space technologies to our daily life. During this hackathon the teams of 5 participants will have to take up one of the challenges put forward by the CNES, the ESA and other sponsors within 24 hours.

If you are a student, entrepreneur, developer, creative, jobseeker, retired, or a simple space enthusiast, you are welcome to be part of ActInSpace Paris as this challenge is opened to everybody!

All candidate will be assisted by coach 24/h24.
