Actinspace is heating up and we’re thrilled to invite cities from around the world to sign up to host Actinspace.
This edition will be particularly global, as we ramp up to involve 100 cities accross 5 continents in the challenge.
Countries and cities are already responding and we have received numerous commitment letters. This is great news!
This year we're also looking to engage with new cities not previously involved to explore how the use of space data and applications to can foster entrepreneurship in your local ecosystem.
If you think that you have what it takes to bring Actinspace to your city, get in contact with us now! We'd love to have you onboard for 2020.
You can write to us here to get started : contact@actinspace.org.
What is expected from hosting cities?
Upon registering for Actinspace, participating cities will become part of the international actinspace challenge and will be tasked with organising the event in their local ecosystem.
Our trusty Handbook, which will be sent to you directly upon registration, provides all info on what is expected and how you can get help each step of the way with making your local event a success.
Who can apply to become an ActInSpace hosting city?
Any organization (university, incubator, space agency, company) can apply to become an ActInSpace organizer. A meeting will be set up to evaluate your experience in organizing this kind of event, to better understand your role within your local ecosystem and your ability to attract participants to apply to ActInSpace.
