The ActInSpace® 2026 Tunisia Edition, organized by AGEOS (African Association for Geospatial Development), will take place at the City of Science in Tunis, a national hub dedicated to raising public awareness and inspiring youth engagement in space, science, and astronomy. This global innovation challenge unites creative minds to turn space technologies into solutions that serve life on Earth. With expertise spanning the entire space value chain, from upstream satellite and GNSS systems to downstream applications in Earth observation and geospatial intelligence, AGEOS drives the development of a new generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. Through hackathons, mentoring, and collaborative training, AGEOS and its partners aim to empower young talents, strengthen the national space ecosystem, and position Tunisia as a leader in space-based innovation for sustainable development.
During 24 hours, teams come together to brainstorm on a specific challenge based on technologies or data from space.
